Cant decide on ball this year

I've played the prov1x ball since the prov1x ball existed. Every year, every version. Sure, I tried a few random balls here and there, but stuck with these 95% of the time. But this year, I'm thinking about the B330 ball, but not sure if I want to make the switch. Anyone making a switch between these two?

2012 B330 is incredible. The changes they made from previous models is very noticeable now. The ball has a softer feel but not mushy, its actually a really nice feel to it. The trajectory is very nice and it soars thru the wind wind with ease. Probably one of the best features of this balls is its flight for me. Around the greens like I said is softer and u will get a nice stop to it.

All and all bridgestone hit a homer with these.

I still play the prov1 and prov1x and they perform very well. Their advertising on the b330 lately is exciting and I'll probably give them a try my self because they have me curious also!!!!

I'm really impressed with the improvements Cally and TM made to there ball, both are high on my list of keepers. One ball I just can't jive with is Nike, feels like it's hollow! BB

Go for it, Bridgestone is highly underrated compared to Titleist.

I'm making the switch!! For me the Bridgestone B-330 spins a little less with all clubs which I like, especially with the driver. Plus I really like the feel off of the putter. Bridgestone also plays better in the wind and is more durable in my opinion.

well, I went for the B330, buying 3 dozen (getting the 4th free) deal, so 4 dozen should have me set for the year. I've liked the pre 2012 models of the B330s, but this years B330 looks like a perfect alternative to the ProV1x, with attributes like better wind performance, and a little longer/straighter overall.

I've heard great things about the new B330, but I've yet to try them. Of the new offerings this year, I've played the Penta TP5 and the Hex Black, and both are outstanding balls. The Penta TP5 is very soft feeling, has excellent bite around the green, and has less driver spin than the previous model. The Hex Black seems to have the biggest separation between driver spin and greenside spin, so if you are looking for that the Hex Black would be a great way to go.

Truthfully, you can't go wrong with any offerings out there nowadays. Each ball has it's own characteristics, but they are all consistent in how they deliver. That consistency is all that really matters; you want a ball that you know how it will react on each shot and to be able to trust it'll act that way every time.

In the past, I had never played a Bridgestone ball..ever! This season I got offered a free Bridgestone ball fitting and I'm not sure I will ever play another ball. I now play the B330s, the softer comp ball. The double dimple technology has made it the best ball I've ever played in the wind. It plays long and has considerable control around the green. I would highly suggest it, and if you can score a ball fitting, I would also recommend that as well!
