Having trouble releasing...

I am having trouble releasing the club through impact. On video as I approach impact I snap my left leg and end up on my toes with my hands in close to my body. Am I getting stuck? funny thing is I am still hitting the ball decent, but I can feel a loss of power. I need some help. Thanks.

I would like to try to help you, but I need some for info. What is your ball flight like?

Driver - Usually high with soft draw. Lately the miss as been a pull or hook.

Irons - Usually hit high with soft draw.

I believe I am flipping my hands at the ball. What led to this realization was when I was no longer able to hit a low hard punch shot. So, I taped my swing, and saw that, sure enough, I am hanging back on my right side through impact and either flipping my hands left and hooking it, or holding on and hitting it way too high. Usually I can fix my faults once I see the swing on tape, however, for the life of me I can not think of a good way to get my weight to my left side without sliding. I have checked my alignment and ball position and both same to be good. Thanks for the help
