Help! Can't shift weight without moving head!!

I have this weird head movement on downswing, and I don't know what it is exactly. My theory is that I can't shift my weight with my lower body, so by the time my downswing starts, I need to use upper body to get the weight across. My head makes a very ugly move, and I CANT keep it from moving on downswing, no matter what. I have tried to pause at the top, and then turn only my left knee in an effort to get the weight transferred, that works in the sense that i don't fire the right knee too early, but i still can't get weight shifted and my head still does the move toward target. Any advice on what to work on would be helpful, I can't really find any other examples of this move on the internet. Thanks, Here is some different angled swing videos:

Yes, I’ve never seen a good player’s head move and also rotate the way mine does. Especially so early in the downswing, something is causing that, and I don’t know what that is. When my head moves, the right elbow seems to be detached from my torso. Again, every good player that I see has their right elbow touching the torso way earlier than me. Ultimately, it all leads to a massive flip at the ball, and very inconsistent strikes. I’m quite confused honestly as to what is the problem
