Research club information

Hi All,

I 'd like to suggest you that Your Swing, Driver and iron Information. Whenever I changed club , I always mess around by the club. Then , change club, shaft, fitting session. But I'm still not satisfied with my club. If you share with me your club information, It will be good infromation for Golfer and fun. Pls Don't be exaggerated your information for pure data and thanks for your coaperation. ;)

Please list the following or as much as known:
1) your age, height, weight, handicap, custom fitted(yes/no), swing style(Driver/iron)

2) Name of Driver played ( previous/ present) , loft, length, Name of shaft and it's specifications, bend, tip strength, flex, frequency. etc

3) Driver Swing speed, tempo, ball speed, smash fator, launch angle, carry distance, trajectory(l,m,h),normal ball played.

4) Name of your 6 Iron played, why? shaft, Swing speed, carry distance,trajectory.

I'll be the first to start this Thread.

1) your age, height, weight, handicap, custom fitted(yes/no), Driver- try to kill the ball, Iron - Smooth swing ( tender to be accuracy than distance)

1. late 30's, 5.6", 158lb, 7.2 index, custom fitted Yes - but nothing happend to me.

2) Name of Driver played , loft, Name of shaft and it's specifications, flex, strength, Swing weight, length, bend, tipping, frequency, backspin. ( previous/ present) etc

2. Previous - titlist D2 9.5 Diaman BB 63 S, D5 44.50' , mid/high, no tipping, 262cpm (THE MALTBY DESIGN® LASER FREQUENCY MACHINE) , 3400-3600
Present - Ping G10 9 Stocck TFC 120 Stiff, D3, 45.75, mid, no tipping, 260cpm, 3600mph

3) Driver Swing speed, tempo, ball speed, launch angle, carry distance, trajectory(l,m,h), normal ball played with present your driver, what are you missing.

3. 98-105 tempo 1.05 147-152, 1.45, 14-16, 250-260, High no roll, ProV1, too high trojectory need ball keep down with low backspin.

4) Name of your 6 Iron played, shaft, length, swing weight, bend, frequency, speed, cpm, carry distance, trajectory, temp ,why what are you missing/prefer.

4. Mizuno Mx-900 dynaite SL R300, 37.25, D-1, High, 298cpm, 160-165, High, smoooth, easy to hit and I'm not swing hard with my iron,

5) What are you looking forward to right now?
cut down Ping g10 shaft 45.75 to 44.50 (dilemma is Swing Weight) or Diamana white regular 63 or 73 shaft.
New Iron: Mp-57 NS Pro 950 Stiff ,prefer light weight shaft

21 years old, 6'2'', 170 pounds, custom fitted - pretty much off the rack, swing - down and aggressive with the irons, and pretty aggressive w/ the driver as well

 

i play a tour issued callaway ft-3 tour 10.5* pretty sure its clocked about 1.5* open and has an Aldila NVS shaft 65s.. 45 inches

 

swing speed ranges from 106-112 w/ the driver..tempo is quicker than it should be probably. ball speed is close to 160 usually. launch angle around 13-15 and i usually have a medium - high trajectory. carry distance on the launch monitor in Dick's where i work is usually 305 ish.. but on a course id say i carry around 275-285

as far as the ball, i will be playing tp reds or burner tp all year id say.

 

6 iron - nike nds w/ s300 tipped and spined (pretty much an x100)..just got them reshafted and just broke my hand so i havent gotten to hit them yet..but carry i expect to be around 175-180 with a swing speed of about 88..my trajectory w/ a 6 iron probably looks like most peoples pitching wedge..no joke

 

looking forward to my hand healing and playing all summer and hopefully making my second season of golf a great one! as far as clubs go.. if i had it my way id be playing a mp-57 mp-67 combo set and a burner tp... but thats nothing thats gonna happen in the near future.

24, 6'0", 155, ~6, no, smooth/ a bit harder

 

2) Name of Driver played ( previous/ present) , loft, length, Name of shaft and it's specifications, bend, tip strength, flex, frequency. etc

 

TM r7 460 tp 9.5* standard length, stock mitsubishi stiff shaft. have used r7 quad, r7 425, titleist d1/d2.

 

3) Driver Swing speed, tempo, ball speed, smash fator, launch angle, carry distance, trajectory(l,m,h),normal ball played.

 

105-107 driver ss, smooth tempo, don't know ball speed, usually got around 14* launch and 3000+ spin, very high trajectory, my carry distance is 250-260 IF i can manage to do my usual slight-draw, if not it can drop off quite sharply. i normally use nxt tour or nike ignite or prov1 if i have some. I do not notice huge differences between these balls with the driver.

 

 

4) Name of your 6 Iron played, why? shaft, Swing speed, carry distance,trajectory.

mizuno mp 60 dg s300- best looking/feeling iron i tried, its much more forgiving than it feels if that makes sense. don't know 6i ss, a good hit carries 175ish with mid-high trajectory.

 

 

5) What are you looking forward to right now?

 

i've still yet to get the r7 460 tp out on the course, i hope the stock shaft performs ok if not i might invest in a shaft upgrade. I've always liked the vs-proto shaft but i might try the protopype to lower ball flight a bit. I think i can squeeze a bit more distance with a few tweaks. As for my irons i've never hit them better.
