Ping Anser 4 BeNi?

So I’ve looked through numerous threads on here and can’t find a definitive answer or anser haha. There seems to be debate on if ping made an anser 4 in beni and if their stainless steel is magnetic.  Although the lettering looks gold it seems more like white that became dirty over time. However it is extremely magnetic.   No magnetism from my steel bettinardi, Taylormade Juno, or Evnroll.

Ping did make the Anser 4 in BeNi. 
The photo is an excerpt from the book, And the Putter Went Ping (p.349). 
As far as stainless steel, I’m not an expert but my older Pings are all magnetic. I’ve got a PLD Anser which is not magnetic. Stainless steel is an alloy so magnetism can vary, I guess, based on alloy content.
