Not the slickest video in the world but really interesting stuff:

I like the tests to determine trail hand grip strength.  I have used many different grip strengths over the years as recommended by pros and books and videos.  It seems that my natural grip is side cover with the trail hand and slightly strong with the lead hand.  Forcing grips that don't work is a bad idea.  You might want to test your grip per this video and see if you are currently using your best fit?

Thanks for posting. Super cool video loaded with some interesting information. Really neat how Adams talks about the relationship between grip and front/center/rear post and why all can work provided the proper positions are paired together.

You know I can see why Mike Adams is reluctant to publish a book considering that he seems to be constantly updating his teaching and he mentions that there were errors in his previous book 'The Laws of Golf'.

 

Anyway, having read a lot of golf instruction books I don't think that books are all that valuable compared to video.  I prefer to look at videos.  Of course, if he does publish the book I will probably read it.  It will be interesting to see if he does.

It's been 2 years since I first heard Mike Adams and Terry Rowles mention the book. They made it seem like the release was imminent back then, I'm starting to wonder if they've shelved the idea. I definitely plan on checking it out if they do eventually publish.

I'm still waiting for the Mac O'Grady book to be released lol. Been waiting since 2006!

Thinking about it I have spent most of my golf life fighting my grip.  LOL I have used a lot of different grips over the years and most of them have been wrong for me.  Early on I was always fighting an open clubface at impact and then later and for most of the time a closed face.  Having to make an extra effort to get the ball on a decent line is probably not ideal LOL.  At the moment thanks to Mike Adams and Terry Rowles I seem to be pretty close to a grip that allows me to swing through 'naturally' with a fairly neutral face.  

 

So, being able to just swing and hit it fairly straight is a good thing but the problem is that I spent all of the those years developing compensation moves for my poor grip and those movements still show up every now and then while I am swinging.  Unfortunately these compensations often to show up when I am feeling the pressure to hit a good shot.  LOL I can feel myself making the compensation move but by the time I feel it it is too late to do anything about it.  Other than watching the ball sail off into the poison oak!  Overall though I am pretty encouraged with the grip and setup that I am using now so I have hope...
