2024 SC Phantom series putter....Is there paint in the dots?

Looking to pick up a Phantom 5.5 soon and tried one in the store.  I couldn't tell looking at the dots on the topline and cavity, they look raw but was wondering if anyone knew if they were colored or not.  I was going to do some black paint fill for the topline and translucent blue for the dots, just didn't know if I had to strip anything off first.  Thanks!!!!

Yes, Scotty calls it "translucent smoke" paint. I just did the dots in mine last night.
