Question about TM ventus blue TR iron shafts

Hey guys,

Anyone have experience with TM ventus blue TR iron shafts?

I am trying to get my dad new set of irons, He is using at least 15 yr old Callaway with callaway graphite shafts which actually feels like a rock. I believe it is 80 g shafts.

So I am looking at the copper aged P790, I wanted to get him steelfiber 70 R but it is not in stock until early July.

So was looking at the options, and saw TM ventus blue TR shafts which I think it will fit him as far as the weight goes. I was wondering how they feel

 

other options are KBS Max R (65g), MMT R (63g), Recoil DART R (64g)

 

I know this is very hard question to answer since I dont have too much data on him. He lives in different country and my parents are visiting in a month so I wanted to surprise him..

I did take him to a shop before when I was in Korea but he was so reluctant to buy so..

I'd suggest the MMT or Recoil Dart because they're proven and solid options.  I myself play MMT and can say that they're good for smoother transitions.  I don't know anyone that has any experience with the TM stock Ventus iron shafts and I have a ton of people in my network that play golf.  Fellow Korean by any chance?  Welcome to the forum!

Ive demo'd the dart shaft and it was really nice.  I do like UST stuff tho - them and Fujikura are my goto for most non-iron shafts.
