Downswing hip tilt/Getting right hip under

Having the hardest time trying to figure out why my right hip initially hikes upward to start my downswing. I feel like I’ve tried everything to try to feel like my left hip gets higher than my right/right hip gets under my left, but haven’t been successful. 

 

Starting to think it’s a result of something I’m doing in the backswing? I honestly have no clue.

Makes a ton of sense. How do I do that without my right hip spinning out?

When it reasons flex it quickly works toward the target and not the ball.

Is this the right idea? First time trying this, so not the prettiest of reps. Definitely looks like my right hip is getting more under.
