Hitting big high hooks with Fuji 6z08 in a Ft5 9.5 tour

Hey guys, I am looking for some opinions on how to address my problem with my FT-5. I had a Fuji 6z08 stiff shaft installed about a month ago and am having some problems hitting big high hooks with this shaft. My FT-5 setup is a 9.5 in the draw version and I realize someone is going to respond to this and say "get the neutral version", but I was not having this high hook problem with the stock E360 shaft, but it was spinning the ball way too much therefore causing a loss in distance. I have another FT-5 in my garage with the E360 shaft and the face actually looks more open (by quite a bit) than the one with the fuji shaft in it and they are supposed to be the exact same setup (.5 degrees open). Is That a common problem amongst retail drivers that their tolerances are that far off? Or are my eyes just playing tricks on me? I am thinking about going to the fuji 7z08 since it is supposed to produce a little lower ball flight than the 6z08 series therefore I am guessing the tip may be a little stiffer helping with the hook. My SS is around 112 mph, height 5'6" tall so I really don't want to go to an X flex shaft (don't like the feel of an X and with my height I tend to not load an X properly). I play to a 3 handicap and would appreciate any feedback on this from some experienced tweakers like myself. I have a pretty good idea what I am going to do it just doesn't hurt to get some additional opinions.

Go to a 8.5* neutral head and X flex. Pretty simple. With 112 SS you should be hitting an X and draw weighting with a hook? You'll lower your flight and starighten it out.

What i think is acctually happening is because rombaxs are stiffer through out the whole shaft because of the triax weeve which is suppost to help straighten ball dispersion out. Which your draw driver is doing as well exept it is fixing a slice. So the only thing i could think is that the draw bias of the driver head is coming into play more then the shaft really. Just a thought not a 100% sure of that tho.
