X-Flex Driver swing weight

I just bought MP-600 off from ebay but the shaft cracked so i reshafted it with brand new Graphite Design Tour AD PT-6 X-stiff (260cpm) at 45''.

 

I tend to fade and slice my drives with this new driver, although a slight draw weight adjustment still gives me fade and slice.

I hit a lot of good drives with my friend's Cobra HS9 9* Graphite Design YS6.6+ X-Stiff (250cpm) 45.5'' or 46'' (not sure of the length, but definitely longer than 45'')

 

My driver distance used to be around 270yrds, with 300yards in occasions. but Now my MAX is only 270 yrds with average of 240yrds

My 6i distance is 185-190yards (MP37 DG X100)

 

 

QUESTION:

What should i do to

a) eliminate fade/slice (I used to hit draws with my previous drivers, i hit dead straight shots with Cobra HS9 0.5*open face)

b) gain back some distance (I'd be happy with 260+ for average drive)

c) would increasing swingweight to D4 help me load the shaft better and gain more distance but still maintain control? If so, how to increase the swingweight?

 

Some info about me: Swingspeed 105-112 mph, launch angle 12-14*, backspin 3500rpm, 5'10'', 170lbs, do weight and cardio exercise regularly. Can play 36 holes/day walking with no problem.

 

Driver: Mizuno MP-600 9.5* , Graphite Design Tour AD PT-6 X-Stiff, swing weight D2, length 45''

3Wood: Taylormade V Steel 15* stock Stiff

Irons: Mizuno MP-37 DG X100
