Wow...it's been a while and need to update!

Holy Lord...Will if we wait on him to get his dream set we'll never make a bet! I just need a driver! I think we need a stipulation. If you don't have 14 before the bag is set for the bet, you can add what you need to make it 14. This means if you add it and it's not right, it has to stay in there and 14th will be locked then. Know what i mean? I never play enough clubs so I want to do that and don't know what to add. Anyone interject?

Fine by me, but we need to set a date when no club can be added. If you only have 13 by that date, then that is all you are allowed. My putter will be here tomorrow, and the shaft and grip will be here next week. I need to make a trip to the range, and I will know which 3 wood is staying. I'll be locked after that.

Ok. I'm working on a gamer driver so let me nail one down and a 53* scratch wedge and I'll be set. I hit this Ping 5 wood 260 so i don't need another 3 wood. We'll be good soon i hope.

Ok, so I got a driver but don't know if I like it or not...I bought a Peanut as well that will be staying so here's the set up:

 

Driver: ???

Wood: Ping G5 Redboard 83-X

Hybrid: Adams Peanut 20* w/ Matrix Ozik Altus Xcon Hybrid

Irons: Scratch Combos w/ PX 6.5's

Wedges: Scratch 53* & 58* Steelfiber Shafts

Putter: Odyssey Black Series #3

 

I'm working on the driver...I have the chance to get a iMix FT-9 and am SERIOUSLY considering it....we'll see....

Ok, Ok Will! I actually think I am set now. We need to set rules though! I feel wedges, with permission, are changeable! Mine are about to wear out so I'll have to change when I save some money. Shafts are irrelevant as it's the heads we have to keep AND USE!!

Here is my final set up! Don't laugh:

 

Driver: TaylorMade R580XD TP 7.5* w/ V2 stiff

 

FW: r7 TP 13* w/ Diamana Blue 83x

FW: PING G5 18* w/ Diamana Red 83x

 

Irons: TaylorMade Tour Preffered w/ S300's 3-PW

 

Wedges: Titleist SpinMilled 54* & 58* w/ Black Chrome S400's soon to me changed to 09 Vokey's 54* and 60*.

 

And finally...the most changed stick in the bag NO LONGER!!

Putter: TP Mills Fleetwood!! Back to my old love! Heel shafted for life!!

 

 

Now....that's where I'm staying! I'm ready when ya'll are. I think JH is ready too so I may go ahead and get the wedges this weekend. Actually, I may pick up the ones in the BST now...they are what I want...soo tempting...

Great set mate. I would bag everything. Thats mills is awsome with just the tiny mills stamp. But why do you have X's in a shaft that is consitered quite stiff and S300 in irons? Thanks mate.

I wondered when that question would come. It's strange, I know. The driver shaft is the same way. I can hit that thing a mile and it's lower than any other combo I've ever tried. The V2 just does that for me. I can hit the woods great as well. High or low whatever I need. I went with the blue in the three wood to try to keep it down, and the red in the 5 wood to hit it higher kind of like a hybrid. The S300's work the ssme way. They just work for some reason. I can turn them over when I need to, and hit them straight when I don't. I'm just wierd like that I guess....hope that helped.
