cnc milled proto by buddy

He did this last week and I just got. I told him that I wanted a putter like a 009 but wanted the top line slope on the sides so that it didn't look to wide. This is what I got!!! I know it looks like a scotty or ping but it is custom and not even close to the $3000that cameron wants. I hope you guys like it.

The head is 355 grams and it was done in carbon steel. What do you guys think!!!!

If you guys would like one then I can have him do some more. He is doing them all by hand right know but I think he can turn them in about 2 weeks. He will also do a flat black finish a copper finish and a nickle finish.

I know that he will do a santa fe style with out the plumbers neck and I think he might be workin on a "studio style"

I'll order one! I can't believe how good that looks and the finish is perfect. I have not seen many oil can-like finishes that look as good as the original. Please put me on the top of the list for an order.

He can do this finish in a flat (like mine) or a gloss. same with the black finishes

not to sound rude, but i do not believe he was soliciting or intentionally advertising. he just showed some pics of his new stick and said his buddy made it. what is the difference between that and someone posting a pic of a tour scotty and saying they bought it from "xyz" who is a tour putter dealer for scotty. jmo but you guys run the show and i know you have to pay the bills.

I do think that he maybe working on some other head styles but can't say for sure.

What Material is used on the putter pictured? All 1 Piece or welded. And what program was used to map or design it? Looks to have a nice heel and toe radius cut.

He used a carbon steel and it is all one piece. There is no weldind at all.

I don't think he has a newport 2 head at this time although he might in the future.

One of the members here PM'd me about who is "milling" these putters. He was asked to leave the old yahoo cameron fan club because of some aftermarket cameron jobs he had done and sold on ebay. If this individual can show us the process he mills these putters from scratch, it will clear things up.
