I think I've found the perfect stand bag

It's not what you'd think

After trying out several different stand bags and finding irritating faults with them all I think I finally have a surprise winner. I have quite a stringent and OCD set of parameteres for a bag to be deemed worthy
In no particular order...
- Must look good - understated and stylish - black and white
- Must have a comfortable double strap
- Must be made by a manufacturer who's clubs I use (or one that doesn't make clubs)
- Must have a well thought out stand release mechanism
- The more pockets the better
- Preferably an insulated bottle sleeve
- Well organised club dividers with seperate putter divider / well

The last two bags came close...
- Mizuno Twister - great bag but the divider cloth all came apart - made it horrible to use
- Ogio Ozone - lousy stand mechanism on soft ground and issue with strap webbing coming apart

Neither of these were cheap bags - both around £100 and both were disappointing in their durability or function

But now I found it! Fulfills ever one of the above points and - bonus - I found it for under £70

Sorry I'm not great at finding or posting pictures - Adidas powerband black and white - The perfect bag for me! Just an opinion - I'm sure you have your own favourites

i had an Adidas bag from 2003, until this year, when i had to get a team bag for HS. THey easily make the most underrated golf bags ever. They also have great warranty services...

My HS team has this bag for our team bags, and from my experience with it for 1.5 months, I think there are better bags out there. It catches dirt really easily, and some of the pockets are already starting to rip. It's pretty heavy, bulky, and I just think that it's not that great of a bag, but for the price I would say go for it.

So which pocket do use as the putter well? Do you put a wedge in there with it and do two clubs per divider? Looks like a nice bag.

That bag does look sweet. I have seen it somewhere on here before. Nice pick-up. Is the fabric the bag is made out of similar to a Sun Mountain or Ogio? I think its some kind of nylon or something.

The big grey divider at the top fits the putter in nice then a space each for my driver 3 and hybrid. then 3 irons/ wedges per the remaining 3 larger sections (yeah only 13 atm)
the material so far seem pretty robust - that nylon type - similar to the Ogio. It's not the lightest bag out there but weight isn't really an issue - I'm a big lad...
Hauled it round Royal Liverpool yesterday - what a privelage - horrible front 12, par last 6 when I relaxed.
Best thing about it is the legs - you never notice them.

My addidas bag was nice looking and had what I wanted but it literally started falling apart at the seems very quickly... less than 6 months I think. I wont be buying another

Cool... Sounds like you found a great bag that works for you...can you tell me if it works well on a cart?

I'm liking the look of the new Titleist 14-way stand bag. Not sure if anyone's been able to try out in stores but I'm going to be keeping an eye on it for next season. The Taylormade stand bag I have is decent but two of the dividers have already lost their sleeves and it leans over too far with the legs out. Some form to the body would be nice for when it's strapped into the cart. Pulling the strap tight to hold it in squeezes in the bag's compartments and it's hard to get clubs in/out. I'd like to hear how the Adidas bag has been as a cart bag as well.

The 14 way system is sweet...I have the Sun Mountain Four 5 bag (they make the Titleist bags)

but it does not work well on a cart...the foot that sticks out in front does not like to fold up very well when using a cart and it is hard to get the bag situated if at all...in an attemp to I usually need to make the strap real tight which then "as you said" makes it hard to get the clubs in and out...
