what other items(garbage cans, cart paths..etc) that you get relief and other items that you dont?

A more gracious, more helpfull response than post #2, me thinks. Curiously, to me at least, post #2 pretty much implies we shouldn't be posting at all.

I'm in favor of reading all questions, no matter how basic. I never know when something will come up that surprises me.

regarding post#2...i just ignore those type of post. i thought the same thing probably didnt know the answer or knows everything but didnt want to share the knowledge

While many think the post was not helpful, I, in fact, believe it is most helpful to point out that the rules and decisions are available on line.

It is my observation that approximately 60% of the responders in rules threads offer advice that is SIMPLY WRONG. The best place to get your rules knowledge is from the source.

Yes, well, all that may be true. But I'll point out that even your above post defending post #2 is significantly more helpful that the post it defends.

To some, just throwing a rule book their way is as helpful as a surgeon throwing you a medical book when you've got a compound fracture.
