The Technology Story

When it comes to technology no other putter compares to a Rife putter.

RollGroove Technolgy

Every Rife putter features patented RollGroove face technology. These tightly spaced horizontal grooves leave a series of sharp contact surfaces called "land" between each groove. This land area grips and lifts the ball at impact. Combined with only two degrees of loft the ball is launched just above the surface and released with a slight forward rotation. This eliminates the typical knuckle ball produced by standard smooth faced putters that cause the ball to skip and skid before finally rolling. RollGroove technology is quickly becoming the hottest new trend on the PGA and Champions Tours.

This feels "crisp" and puts a good roll on the ball. Couldn't get used to the mallet style so ordered the Aussie. Didn't care for that much in terms of the head. Seemed too "big". Waiting for the Antigua, their Anser style. I think that'll fit the bill.

This has lots of play on the tours, but the limited availability in the retail market might have something to do with the member's comment above regarding not seeing more of these on the course. Just a thought.

Anyone remember, I think it was Top-Flite (getting old) who had a series of putters with this roll grove technology many years ago...?

Anyway, back to the Rife line - it's a great product, looks good (I dislike the little notch line which aligns with the line on the flange), performs great and you save a few bucks in comparision to other offerings on the market!!

I won this putter at this years Golf Expo in Boston. I entered a drawing/putting contest and got myself a new putter! I really like the Mr. Beasley, it replaced my Ping B60(old model). My putting has been more solid on shorter putts and getting them closer on my long lags. All in all a great upgrade for free!!!.

Mr. Beasley ... first impressions.

My Rife Mr. Beasley was delivered today.

First impressions: head appears smallish, but this is mostly an illusion (the shaft partially obstructs the view of the heel of the club face at address); weight and balance feel good; very nice-looking club.

I took it to the local practice green and gave it a half-hour test run. I found that, in my opinion, the weight is just right ... not too heavy, not too light, the club sets-up and aligns very well, feel and distance control are very good, and, the Winn grip contributes to a nice feeling of easy control as the club is gripped. Since this is a Rife putter, then I must add that yes, it does seem to put a nice, quick, smooth roll on the ball.

In general, I'm very favorably impressed.

love this putter, lot of two putts and starting to have a lot of one putts. this putter keeps the ball on line. I mark the ball with a strait line and it stays on top while ball is rolling

Picked up a Beasley about 2 years ago. Used a Slazenger Kirk Currie BeCu/Anser style prior to that. Distance control increased dramatically moving from BeCu to Stainless. I use a ball spinner to find the equator of the ball, as I did before, and put a line around the entire ball. I get more end over end putts than before which has to be due to the technology.

I would recommend ANY Rife product. Look at how many are in play on the Tours and no one is being paid to play. IMO that speaks louder than anything.

Love my Mr. Beasley! Puts a great roll on the ball. I would say the reduction of 3-putts from long range has been awesome. I find that within 6 feet it is money. I have saved more pars from 5 feet with this putter than any other one I've owned. The feel is crisp, the sound is good, and even with a soft, sponge-y grip, you feel the impact in your hands. (which I like) The grooves are the real deal. Rife seems to be really good at the weighting, feel, and technology.

Highly recommend it!!!
