What's the longest driver you've ever hit?

TM 425 TP with whiteboard 83g x stiff. Incredible distance! Medium trajectory low spin it just flys forever then rolls halfway around the world. i have hit my longest drives on many holes with this club! 130 yards out on 500 yard par 5, over the green on 350 yard par 4, 365 yard drive landed on a flat spot but rolled up hill 20 yards, 240 yards out on a 595 yard par 5. I am telling you this combo is ridiculous!

I just picked up a FT-5 stock stiff 9.5 for a good price. I hit it on the range a couple of times. IMO, it is very long. I don't know exactly how much longer than my Hibore XL Tour, but definitely longer. I think the shaft is a little soft for me, but feel that is another factor in why it is long. I like the driver even though it has a slightly closed face. Have to consciously open it slightly. Solid driver overall IMO.

Found a great combo (for me anywho).. Titleist Comp D 8.5 w/ Matrix Ozik F7M2 LTD @ 265 cpm. High launch w/ low spin. Now if I could only find one. Played w/ the brother-in-laws and just plain murdered it!

Ping ISI 8.5* UST Proforce 65 x flex. Consistently 300-315yds, longest 346yds, this could by the reason that I cracked the face though. It might have been a little thin. Sure was fun though, very straight with a little draw. Best driver I have owned. Been trying to replace it ever since.

It has the stock DVS in 9.5.

 

i don't think its the head, i think the combo is really suite to me, i'm a short hitter, so extra yardage is huge. I picked up about 10 to 15 yards over the 07 burner i had.

titleist 909 D2 10.5 degrees with an aldila voodoo S flex made for titleist its the best driver i have hit i hit it 250-260 meters and it goes straight cant fault it

Exotics XCG-V 9* w/ stock Voodoo XVS6 - just plain stupid long. I was hitting range balls to the top of the back net at the range I where I was demoing it (~315+). My current gamer is the longest I've ever owned, though, and it was only going 1/4 the way up the net at the same range (290-300) - TOUR Hibore XL Tour 9.5 (10* actual, 2* open) w/ Fubuki 83x. It's straight AND long. Killer combo for me. Most drivers I overspin but this one is just money.

Titleist 975D 9.5 with a UST Proforce 65 (magic) either that or my old R510TP, man i loved those clubs. The 909D3 / Whiteboard combo I have now is probably a good 15 yards shorter than the TP. lol. but one hell of a lot straighter, so. . . :lol:

HAHA I was justing thinking the EXACT same club from back in 2000-2001. I really loved this driver PING ISI 8.5 with a UST Proforce 65 S Flex with a RUD hosel. I even played it a 43.5 inches and just bombed that thing back in the day.

 

I cracked the face as well - right at the 2nd scoring line from the top. Every other one I tried back then never felt the same as my gamer. Sigh that thing just gave me so much confidence.
