my 200-250 yards clubs - I carry a 2 iron and a 5 wood in favour of a lob wedge


my scoring irons - I'm much more consistent with a 2 wedge setup. I find I don't need a 60* for my home course


My old faithful 690.MBs.


My 2 iron - quite forgiving and I use a flighted shaft for a slightly higher ball flight than I would get with a TTDG

My 690.MBs need to be refinished - but I'm proud of the bullseye marks.

Wow...my fingers, wrists, and forearms are sore just looking at those irons! They look great, but I don't even dream about having the game to play that equipment. Good for you!

Wow kind of old school except for the putter. I've never seen anyone use a 54 wedge as their highest lofted wedge before.

Hey guys,

Yep, pretty old school. Those blades aren't all that hard to hit, i think you'd be surprised.

I find a 54 enough loft to hit all the shots I want to hit. Especially when the greens are soft like they are at this time of the year. Sometimes, in the summer, the ground gets baked hard, I will put in a 60 and take out the 5 wood as the 2 iron will be matching it for distance over the harder ground. but 48 weeks of the year, I'll keep the 54 as the highest loft.

tmgolf25 - I love my 907. I know a lot of people compained about the head being spinny, but I don't think it's that big a deal - especially with a low spin shaft such as the speeder 757- I find it's an awesome club. The head feels really springy and I get a lot of roll.

Absolutely love the irons! I want go get those so bad. How do you like them? Would you say a 9 handicapper can handle them?

Very nice set-up, and similar tastes to my own by the looks of it. It's refreshing to see someone else who keeps their irons long enough to get some nice bullseye marks and another 757 still in play.
