Mixed...little bit of old and new: Updated 5/20/2010

Updated: Dropped the 331H Hybrids. They were great hybrids, just didn't match my swing under the gun. So I added a 560MC 3I and a 785HF 2I reamed to .370 with a NV85 Hybrid. The 785HF has been money off the tee and also from the fairway. The taller face and iron tip makes it play much more like an iron. It's LONG too.

I decided at the end of last year that I simply hit blades better. I also decided that I would try hybrids out for the long irons since I am playing more tournaments with very long par 3s and 4s. I built the Wishon 555M with DGS400 over the winter. The irons have been phenomenal. Very forgiving for a blade but feel on flushed hits is just as good as the J33Bs I had. Great set of irons.

The woods and wedges are continuing from last year. The J33 driver is going on it's 5th year in the bag. Can't seem to find anything close to it in distance. Forgiveness yes, but not enough to remove it. Once I upgraded the shaft to the Fujikura E360 at 44.25", I haven't even thought of another driver. The GS Tour is easily the longest 3W I've ever hit. I've thought about dropping in an E380 at 42.5" but I am hitting the Red Ice so well that I don't want to touch it. The J33 wedges were gunblued over the winter. They looked knew afterward but they are starting to rust a little now.

The putter is the Wishon Smooth6. It has been a staple in my bag just like the J33 for over 4 years. I have it at 32", 405g head and a jumbo grip. It's so easy to align and I am really confident in it right now.

Just added those irons myself and have put them to good use. They are fantastic. My 331 2 hybrid is definitely my go to club when I need to place one.
