Bit of a thread jack. Does anyone know what shoes he was wearing at the WGC? They dont look like anything from the current range. I think Schwartzel wears something similar. Looks like a big Air Max sort of sole!

I believe FM was playing the new Nike Vr ProCavity irons this week. Also noticed that over on the Champions Tour that John Cook won with the new Vr Pro Blades. Nice week for Nike.

Francesco Molinari won using a new putter, a TaylorMade Rossa Monte Carlo prototype painted white. The new "Ghost" mallet putter is not available at retail. Molinari was second in putts per GIR.

Molinari can thank Paul Casey for his winning footwear.

Molinari, who won the WGC-HSBC Champions event in Shanghai, China, wore a brand new pair of Nike's Lunar Control shoes. The footwear was introduced for the first time in China and was designed with input from Casey. Besides Molinari and Casey, Nike athletes Anthony Kim, Carl Pettersson and Charl Schwartzel also boasted the shoes.

"(Paul Casey) not only knows what he wants in performance golf shoes, but he also has a keen eye for design and color which made him a perfect muse for the Lunar Control," said Doug Reed, Nike's global category business director for apparel, footwear and accessories. "He can pick up a shoe and just by feeling it, have an immediate sense of weight. He worked with us throughout this project and provided his feedback at every stage."

In the U.S., John Cook won the Charles Schwab Cup Championship, the season-ending event on the Champions Tour, while wearing a pair of the new Lunar Control footwear.

Based on technology used in Nike's running shoes, the Lunar Control footwear features proprietary Lunarlon Foam for cushioning and stability in the heel and Flywire technology that incorporates support to the middle of the foot. The shoe is extremely lightweight while offering the durability needed in a golf shoe.

Nike plans to introduce the shoe at retail on Jan. 1, with a suggested retail of $190.

Is his putter in retail? If not will it be in the near future? I have one with the same shape but its a heavy putter and i think i would like his better. I have the heavy putter H1 M.
