Clicgear 3.0 GPS Holder

has anybody tried it?

I see that Clicgear has released their new GPS mount. Has anybody tried it? It looks like the umbrella/umbrella holder will interfere with the sight line a bit. I ended up buying a universal mount from Ebay for my 3.0 cart and it is working fine but I'd appreciate any reviews. Thanks.

Where are you seeing the new one, every where I look it's the old one.

EDIT oh I see on the usa site, I was looking at the worldwide site. Yeah looks like behind the umbrella, in practice though probably not an issue I would guess. Maybe it adjusts side to side a bit? Although - I don't actually have the cart yet, mine is due to be delivered tomorrow. I use a upro and have their universal cart mount so am hoping I can make it work somehow... Upro does not use the little nub which I am assuming the 3.0 mount requires...

upro cart mount, the adjustable section is "squared off" as expected to mount to cart roof upright or dash, etc.

I don't have one of these mounts, but in looking at the pic of the location of the top of it, I think I would be hitting it with one of my woods when I pull them out of my bag (I have a Sun Mtn. SL-1 with 14 slot top).

I agree with what has been said. I had very high hopes but this really disappoints. I guess that I'll stick with my current mount.

Hmm good point, didn't even think of that. Hopefully I can find a way to attach the upro mount.
