Why was my ad deleted?

Because it was similar to a previous ad I placed?

Yesterday I placed an ad for some Vokey TVD Limited Release wedges. They sold quickly. I posted a new ad today for some more after the 24 hour period but it got deleted. Why? I think it was because the new ad was similar in title to the previously posted ad but I am not sure. It is for new items and not the same ad being reposted. I think it was deleted in error. Please help me to understand what I did wrong.
