Is thegolfmat.net a fraud ?

Dear Members,

 

 

 

I have bought a product (golf Radar) on this site : https://www.thegolfmat.net a month and a half ago. (December 16)

 

 

 

 

 

After more than 15 days when i got the Internet site, my statut is "pending".

 

 

 

I sent two emails so far, one to the golfmat at [email protected] and one to [email protected]

 

with no response at all.

 

 

 

No information about "when" would i receive receive the product or why it took so long...

 

 

 

So i wanted to know if i am the only person being in this situation or did anybody bought

 

products to this site with positive results?

Thank you very much for your prompt answer

Yes my credit card has been charged by the end of December 2010.

I tried to call the number, it seems that it doesn't work... the reason could be because i am calling from outside USA, and toll free numbers do not work abroad.

I tried to find a "regular" number but in did not find any.

Since my post, i find another mail address "[email protected]" but no reply yet.

I am so disappointed, for sure this Golf Radar is definitely no longer my XMas present )

I called that number just now, Friday afternoon and the system said: "welcome, please enter the pin number you wish....beeeeep" thats it. If i didnt get a reply after that long i would get my cc company to reverse the charge and move on.

The golf store where I purchased it could not contact them, National Golf Products have ignored my phone calls, emails, and letter. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Georgia.
