I think your title is misleading, the agent, Ross Berlin left Wie not the other way around.

"Ross Berlin, who has represented Michelle Wie for the William Morris Agency since she turned professional in October 2005, has left the talented teen to return to the PGA Tour and will be replaced by Greg Nared, who led in Nike's recruitment of Wie for their $20 million endorsement deal."

I know that G Nared will do very well w/ the Wie camp. he's been w/ them for a while. i still like to think that he played a part in G Nared and Nike getting Michelle to wear their swoosh, but thats a different story. anyways hopefully with someone more familiar with the way the Wie family opperates, some form of stress has been lifted. good luck to G Nared and the Wie camp.

The Wie camp at some point should start looking internal for the golf problem instead of blaming everyone else. I am sure her previous agent maxed out on the dollars and could see that her lack of performance may have made the best deals she has coming behind her. Only time will tell on that one.

But back to the original point. Fired a proven caddy because she could not make putts and even better is she did not want him to read putts as she wanted to do that herself. Keep on getting rid of people around you versus the realization that you better mature and cut back on the touring circus routine if you ever really want to become a champion.

Let me note that I hold her Dad much more responsible than I do Michelle Wie herself as I am sure he does not leave many if any decisions regarding her career up to her.

I think Wie is great for golf and I would do excatly what she has done if I were her up to this point in her career. She does get paid millions for losing to men just for showing up. Millions now = better than "learning to win" in high school tournaments. That's just for all the Wie haters. Also, I don't really know if I like her as a person, I just think she's doing what anyone else would do in her situation. And I can't blame her dad either.
