Complement my swing!

What is good here? And what should I work on?

Have been practising 9-3 in this winter, but not been able to see the ballflight live (just on a sim, where it is straight) so don't know where it goes irl.

 

 

My only focus with the driver is to keep my right elbow real close to the right side of my body.

Well as far as I can see you're getting through the ball effectively and your finish is pretty much identical to what slicefixer prescribed. To me you just seem to be coming over the top slightly. Other than that its good, maybe just tone down your tempo slightly.

A bit too much above plane swinging through...

A bit too long in backswing, which may be leading to your being above plane swinging through...

Being to fast had been my long time nemesis, I just go faster and faster the longer I practise/play. And I am avare that I am slightly over the top, but that has improved dramatically over the years. So its baby steps. Thanks for the nice words!

First you should post both a dtl and front (caddy) videos that are shot in more light.
You take the club too inside in your takeaway with the iron and are too steep coming down as Mikpga suggests.From this steep position you can not get your right elbow in front of and on your right hip from just before to just after impact .Overall you do a good job.Take the club facing the ball more during your takeaway and THEN shallow the shaft via left forearm rotation in the rest of the backswing ,and you should see improvement


.The driver swing is much more problematic .You start out reaching for the ball too much and really take the club too inside .Steep again but you have also introduced too much rotation too early .Among other things forget about the right elbow close to your body on the backswing ..The downswning is when the right elbow should be close to the body not the backswing.Your right elbow focus on the backswing is only contributing to your taking the club too inside going back.

I would like to see a front video to check your setup angle and the lateral motion in your swing.The iron swing is no where near 9-3 swing length .If you want to try to learn the Slicefixer swing ,you will NOT do it with full swings.

The iron swing is my full swing, not a 9-3 swing. I practise that with my wedges, this is a 7i full swing using what I (thought) I had learned with the 9-3 drill.

And I will se if I can make a front video, the place where I practise (indoors) makes it a bit hard to set up.

My driver has been so off lately, that I had to use the simplest swing I could think off just to be able to use the driver at all. And this worked indoors, actually been very consistent, but know that I have change it up.
