Analyze my swing

Hey guys, I generally shoot in the mid-high 70's and the low 80's and I go to GolfTec on a weekly basis for lessons.

 

I am working on trying to get the club more upright at the top of my swing and having it pointing towards the target. I have a bad tendency to drop the club at the top.

 

Am I turning my shoulders on the backswing too quickly and causing an inside takeaway?

To me it looks like your hands are to far back at the top of your back swing, I am guessing your not the most consistent ball striker? I would try getting them a little higher and closer to your head at the top of your back swing. This should help you get a little steeper and if you get more lag in your wrists with the steeper swing you might even gain distance along with more consistent ball striking.
