USA/Canada club fitter MIURA EPON

Hello everyone.

I just started a thread a few days ago called "Miura V. Epon help me decide" and I recieved a TON of great info.

I have decided to not decide...online.

you have convinced me it is well worth my time and money to fly out to a reputible club fitter where I can test out both brands head to head and get myself properly fit for an amazing set of irons.

 

Some background info on myself.

My girlfriend works for the airlines so I am able to get relativly cheap flights in and around North America. Because of this I am able to fly to a proper club fitter and try out irons i would otherwise not be able to even lay a finger on. I am super blessed for it.

This trip will not be free by any stretch of the imagination but anything worth having is worth working for. Including flight and accomodations etc it will probably run me the price of a new driver!

 

This is where you guys come in.

I need to know who is the ABSOLUTE best club fitter out there that will have both Epon and Miura clubs for me to test out (which is why I posted this in JDM and not the regular forum. Most places dont carry JDM)

Who has given you a great fitting. Who uses the latest intechnology. Who has the greatest selection in shafts, Who has the best fitters....etc.

Thanks in advance. I must say browsing these forums with all the great posts is makeing me salivate even about the thought of my first set of JDM. I even had a dream about golf clubs last night. lol

I would eagerly recommend Modern Golf in Mississauga, ON, Canada.They are a Miura dealer as well as having other OEM offerinngs. They fit my whole bag for me including my Miura irons using their Trackman. They have well over 500 demo shafts and that does not include having the largest selection of Matrix shafts worldwide..

If you'd like to make it a nice vacation to Hawaii, check out Aloha Golf Center. Not too sure about the Epon clubs, but they fitted me with a set of Miuras that not only looked beautiful, they fitted me into shafts that got me hitting straighter and longer. PM me or feel free to post in the Hawaii section if you need more info.

Man I complain about abbreviated golf seasons here in Northern Illinois...can't imagine being in Canada! It would make for a rough winter waiting to break out my Epons!

It sucks sometimes. Im lucky because i live in Vancouver and weather is more mild because we are on the ocean but i have literally golfed in the snow a handful of times!lol
