Help with swing, take a look and give some tips

Here is my shot with a 7iron. I hit it about 155 yard ish, which is good for me. Hopefully the tips ya'll give me can add a couple more yards to them

I know i don't have a long backswing, but i also read that sometimes its not best get the club parallel.

Like in this photo, frame 1 looks like the face of the club is about at 2 o'clock, mine only goes to about 10 to 12 o'clock.

I have good accuracy at times, I need to learn how to cut and fade certain shots.

Ill get my driver swing up soon.

Any tips on my swing, and tips on how I can correct it. Thanks

hello.

The clubface is closed at the top, probably a grip issue.

Your arms look tense all throughout the swing, probably a tempo issue. Your tempo is not bad but your swing feels jerky to me. It might be worth it to try a slower proportion to see if you can take some tension out of your arms.

You come up and out of it because you thrust forward ahead of time to square your closed clubface. This renders your arms stuck behind you and you must therefore compensate to bring the face to the ball by coming up and out of it.

Thanks, any tips help for sure, Larry Gee

I'll watch my video again and try to see what you are saying, bacination

I do feel like my arms tense, i have to fix that. Look most swing problems, it begins with grip/posture

Looked at the video a little. Looks too like maybe you are digging it out a little much, bobbing as you blast it. Looks great otherwise.

Yes, i usually try to dig the ball out, sort of like a uppercut on the ball. Usually i hit it fat and shoots right out and you can hear the ball hit the toe of the club, no grooves

I notice that too on my head, bobblehead. Gotta definitely keep my head in place

I cant see the video cuz my cell phone wont play it; but if you admittedly try to scoop it, no no no. Keep your head down and try and bury that sucker underground at the target. I promise no matter how hard you try and hit it underground you wont. I always try it. It never works out for me. It actually always does the opposite and elevates higher above ground toward the target. Friggen golf. Everythings backwards around here.

Hit some balls today, I kept my head straight and tried to prevent it from bouncing.

It was overall successful on doing that.

I forgot my other problem is that both my hands sweat so much. Even when not golfing. I guess i have a "sweaty-palm syndrome"

It sucks, my clubface when i hit the ball is either open or closed.

Its an easy fix by just drying and toweling my hands. But its annoying on my irons. Not so much the woods.

I have winn excel grips on my irons. Golf pride NDMC on my woods

So you're okay with your yardage, but you would like a couple more yards...

You have good accuracy at times, but you would like to "work" the ball more...

What are your goals?

Hit the ball further with the ability to "work" the ball?

What's your handicap?

What do your "misses" look like?

someone else posted this in another thread. im also thinking your club head is pretty shut which could contibute to some tense muscles. I beleive a more traditional open and closed clubhead could get you some more clubhead speed by freeing up the hands and arms. heres and interesting video conceptually about what im talkin about.
there are many succesful shut club pros. zach and dustin johnson to name a few. i dont think theres one way to do anything but someways may prove easier, more efficient, and more consistant over time. only you can decide after giving it a try. Great advice! Try to play a 7 iron shot just forward of center and see how low you can hit it. It's hard but tiger hits stingers forward of center in his stance. It's hard to hit a ball too low if you hit it pure. The spin will get it up
