Best Practice Facility/Range in the West?

What course do you guys think has the best practice facilities in the Western US? I'd have to go with We Ko Pa's range in Scottsdale, AZ (gorgeous with tons of different sized greens and varying distances), or right down the road at TPC Scottsdale, where the shortgame area is incredible (Has to be for the pros :D)

Not that it's easy to get to, but the practice facility at Bandon is the best I've ever seen.

Well, I suspect that is 10 or 12 people answer here, you'll get roughly that many answers...yes, the facility at Bandon is pretty stout. But the best I saw when I was out there, better than Bandon overall I thought was the facility at Metropolitan Golf Links in Oakland is very good. Large range and very solid short game/wedge practice area. That was the best one I saw in the Bay.

I don't see how anyone can say there are better places to practice than Bandon in the western US. Where else can you play nine holes on the range?
