Places with Reasonable Public Golf Memberships

I am planning my retirement, which starts in August of this year. One of my options is to sell my home and purchase a class A motorhome and travel to a location of interest for a time and move on. I am interested in seeing our national parks, Civil and Revolutionary War areas, golf, motorcycle riding, and bird hunting with my English Setter. I would be towing a Goldwing for transportation and use it for day trips or weekend rides. My first priority would be to pheasant and grouse hunt from North Dakota to Oklahoma where I can quail hunt as

well this fall and then stay south.

 

I am thinking of starting in Alabama and the RBT trail for the first stop. An annual membership can be purchased for $1500.00 ($1800.00 with a range pass) with unlimited golf at all of the RBT courses.

 

I am wondering if there are other areas of the country that include memberships at more than one public course for a reasonable amount for future planning.

 

Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.

Give Wasatch and Soldier Hollow a look. Both are 36 hole facilities and top notch. A pass to unlimited play on both is $900. Adjacent to Wasatch there is a campground for your rv I am not sure of the price but give a call. Soldier hollow is a 10 minute ride from Wasatch. I live 20-30 minutes away and play both all the time. Beautifully mountain location. I also have motorcycles and the canyon and mountain rides in the area are some of the best in the country. If you make it out this way pm me and I will give you advise on the Moto touring and Can probally play some g with you also.
