Before any of you call me a wanna be I am a professional and make my living with these blades.

On a side note I came close to buying some Japanese custom irons when I was there on a trip. I instead dropped $700 on a single knife only to have it stolen from my truck when I was on a trip in Chicago.

BTW, what restaurant in Park City? I go there all the time and ski and mountain bike in the summer. Love it!

Thanks yeah it really sucked along with the knife from Japan I had all my other knives stolen at the same time as well as a bunch of gear.

I have my own Private Chef - Catering business. So you could hire me anytime you are in town. If you go out for sushi I like Yuki Arashi on main st.
What about golf in the summer? We have some really nice public tracks very reasonable and the ball flies at this elevation! Let me know I can play with you or suggest some courses. I cook all types of cuisine not only sushi. Check out my website I am in the process of updating the photos but my twitter or facebook have lots of my recent meals pictured. I'd be afraid of turning him in even if they were non-conforming. He already admitted to a big slice, wouldn't want to see one those go errant on me that is for sure...
