Project PXI 5.5' s True Flex?

Hi There,

I am looking at Callaway Apex 4-Gap with PXI 5.5 shafts for sale. My current Irons, Cally Razr Tour irons with Project X 5.0.These shafts works well for my irons swing.

I need to know if PXI 5.5 is similar flex to Project X 5.0 or 5.5? I used to have Cally Forged irons with Project X 5.5 and they re too stiff for me and always landed short of greens Grrr ha.

Anyone still like PXI shafts or not? Are KBS Tour-v 90 similar to PXI ?

Pxi 5.5 is softer than std px...they're a lighter too.....you should be fine

I think PXI is just a little lighter than regular PX but flex wise play the same with corresponding number models.

Ive seen charts from Howatd that show Pxis are way weaket than pxs.

About 1.5 flexes.

We can judge PX vs PXI by weight and say more weight is stronger, the only exception is PX 5.5 who play stronger than its weight

PX 5.0 steel is closest to PXi 6.5 (115 vs 117 grams)

So its stronger than PXi 6.0 at 112 grams vs 115

UNCUT shafts BUTT CPM only

Shaft - WGT - CPM

PXI 5.5 - 108 = 293

PXI 6.0 - 112 = 302

PXI 6.5 - 117 = 307

PX 5.0 - 115 = 306

PX 5.5 - 115 = 312

PX 6.0 - 120 = 319

Thank you very much and lost the bid on those irons on Ebay : ( What do you guys think of XP95 S300 shafts on Apex Irons? I took the test on True Temper's Shaft Fit and it says XP115 S300. I only see most Cally Apex have XP95 and recoils on Ebay.

Your going about this the wrong way, find the shafts you want than bid on clubs that have em......not see if you can make a shaft work cuz the price is right
