Palmer used to manufacture / sell clubs, some of which included custom 'Palmer' shafts. E.g.:

It's a made for shaft. most likely manufactured by one of the large OEM for Palmer and come with the custom shaft band.
Palmer was one of the golfers whom had maximized his exposure on the commerce side. Had he been a littl hungrier, he'd probably collected many more trophies . Nicklaus and Palmer were the fairy tale success story of the professional golfer. Anyone whom has 300 M - 500 M net asset is respectable.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
