Front to Back Weight Distribution

I'm watching the Honda Classic, and it looks to me that pros have a little more weight towards the heels in the setup and swing, as in the buttocks are more over the heels. Maybe it's that their weight distribution front to back is more centered (or even) between the balls of their feet and heels, but it looks like they put a little more weight "towards" their heels at address. Thoughts?

Arches in the feet support and balance us, best to use them.

I'm sure someone will post the actual statistics from averages of PGA players on BodiTrak or something similar.
But I can see how it looks that way. As @LyinEye says to use the arches. I never thought of it that way. But now that he said that, it makes sense.
You want to be balanced between the ball of your feet and your heel. You do NOT want to be anywhere near your toes or feeling pressure on the ball of your feet on the side towards the toes. The ball of your feet keeps you from going forward, the heel keeps you from falling back.
Best way to test. Get in your posture, then lift your toes in your shoes (or barefoot). Lift it so even the ball of your foot comes off the ground. Then set it back down and really feel those two points into the ground (ball of your foot and heel). You should feel very stable and be able to use that ball of your foot from falling forward at all.
If you try this and can barely lift your toes.....that shows you have too much weight towards and on the toes. You need to address your posture.
This is always a good thing to test too if you start the shanks. A lot of people don't realize they move towards the ball a little during the swing.
Oh and to actually answer your question. When I get into posture, I rock into my heels like I described above. I do not know if PGA players do this, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's along the same idea. Toes is trouble.

You both have given really good insight...I've always read and heard "balls of your feet"....and this totally throws my swing off balance...I started feeling like I put a bit more weight "centered" (or for me it feels like more towards my heels) and my ball striking has improved...I noticed it with the pros on TV....for me it seems to steady my swing and I feel like I don't have a lot of "extra" movement, if that makes sense.
