I had been hitting a Ping G2 8.5* along side of my new G10 and one day noticed that the face on my G2 was caved in.I was kinda upset being I hit this thing farther than any other driver.We had a large demo day and some Ping reps were there and I told him what happened to my G2.He told me to definitely send it back to Ping and they would more than likely replace it.Long story short I sent it in and called once it arrived and they told me a G5 was on it's way to replace it.I had used Cally's cust. service before and they were great but I am very impressed with Ping which always has an impact on what I buy.

Ping customer service is top notch right alongside Callaway. They know how to treat customers. :good:

I can't say enough about Ping's customer service and quality. I recently spent some time on a Vector with an excellent fitter from Edwin Watts in Jacksonville while visiting the World Golf Village. He recommended that I have my G2's bent another degree up, and lengthened 1/4". He estimated Ping would charge around $12-$14/club. I sent them to Ping and got them in about 10 days, and they looked like new. New grips, +1/4", loft and lie, new paint fill for about $10/club!! Unreal. I just bought another set of older Pings, and sent them back also...I'm sold!

My brother recently cracked the face on his r7. He called TM and sent in his driver and they sent him a brand new burner. Thought that was nice of them to do, and I was very impressed.
