Callaway X-22 Tour vs FT vs X-22

your comments on most forgiving to least are correct but i guess it is more what you want rather than which is easiest to hit. i just moved from the fusion irons after yrs of happy golfing and improvement using them, but i also found them very forgiving and did not like the big soles of the berthas and x18's or 22's etc.

so when i decided to step my game up a tiny bit, not blades or the like, but a bit more workable and less offset...i chose x22 tours and after two mths of use i am very very happy. not too thick, soles have awesome grind that does not dig but lets me take a better divot than my fusions did and i am hitting it with less hook than i did with the fusions. for me they are great. for you? not sure what level you are at in ballstriking and what you want.

My short irons are spot on, I don't hit the longer irons (4-6 iron) with the consistency of the short irons. I've toyed with the thought of a combination set of either FT's or X-22's in the 4-6 and X-22 Tours in the 7-PW. I bounce between a 6-10 handicap depending on how early in the season it is. Putting and short game are my best with trouble coming in the longer clubs. Thanks for the reply!
