Need direction on golf balls to try

The TP Black spins more then the TP Red. The Nike Tour spins alot too.

Try the Wilson Staff FG Tours. They are by far my favorite balls this year. Don't know why, I just feel like they are about as well balanced as anything else out there, sans maybe the penta, and they have an unbelievable price point.

The taylormade LDP TP black is high launching, very long and high spinning.

The Srixon Z-star, is high launching very soft and high spinning.

Nike Tour D is high launching, soft feeling and lower spinning than the other two balls

BS tour 330RX is very soft, high launching however lower spin than the others mentioned.


These would be my suggestions since you wanted many. These will all work well for your requirements and all will spin more around the greens than the E5+ or Burner, while not giving up much if any distance with better feel.

My drives are between 240-270 yds GPS measured, and I'll hit my 8 iron about 150 yds. My preference on a golfball would be one with better control around the green, and I usually will use 1-3 balls per round, so I'm not concerned with cost because I'll be buying from lostgolfballs. Thanks for all the recommendations. It's been a big help, now on to the ordering and the testing once I get them.
