Retail shock

:lol: :( Just got back from Orlando, I told my wife I will not play golf and will not bring my clubs, i will spend the entire time with the kids. Then one morning my wife siad lets go play 9, I know you are going through withdrawal. So we rented clubs. I shot one under with retail callys and it could have easily been 3 under if they just didnt irrate the greens. I bombed the RETAIL cally 454 10* with the stock rch shaft. I hit those cally oversize irons like lazers. :beach: Im stunned shocked and amazed. Long live retail :rtfm: :help: :good: :yess: :vava:

I am not alone!!!! :lol: ...it is like crack..only legal..but just as troublesome to my well being.. :(

Nothing wrong with retail... I'm playing a retail 10.5 R510 TP..it's better then all other tour TM drivers I have hit to date.

This makes for a good introduction and one of my first posts, thanks! I just did a similar thing, as I went on a family vacation and didn't have my clubs, shoes, or anything. Playing in the rain, with tennis shoes, and I could not have been happier with the X14's and 2004 BB fairway woods.

I was trying to decide which 'player's irons' I wanted, but the X-14 was sooooooooo easy to hit (I have taken a long time away from the game) that I'm having second thoughts. Glad to hear that other people have some good experiences with the big Cally's.

the x-14 pro series are very easy to look at and even easier to hit....nice clubs

I play a retail (Japan market) Rescue Mid. It's the Swiss Army knife of golf clubs. I can do almost anything with it. Hey, if it works, right?
