Help with Driver Swing

I am struggling with my driver. Most of my drives result in weak fades and I don't feel like there's any speed to my swing.

My 7 iron swing speed is about 75mph - 80 mph, and my driver swing speed is only about 84 mph - 87mph (using a Swing Caddie SC200). Everything with my driver feels tense and stuck and I think I early extend and cast. Since I'm new to the forum I can't post a video of my swing, but here are a few stills.

Any insight that would help with a more fluid driver swing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Steepen up your turn on the backswing for starters. Either left shoulder low or right shoulder high. You get too flat which could contribute to feeling stuck.

Picture#1: The good, you’re fully loaded. The bad, your arm plane is at or below your shoulder plane, instead of above the shoulder plane. The club face is open at the top of your swing.

Picture #2: You’ve already lost energy by casting the club. Your hips have moved closer to the ball, early extension, and you have separation between the right hip and right elbow.

Picture #3: The early extension is clearly evident and the club face is wide open at impact.

Thank you both for the feedback. I'll try to work on getting the arm plane steeper in the backswing and getting that right elbow more connected to the body.

is contact off the heel? From the last frame looks like it may be. Heel strikes a lot of time can cause weak fades.

Yes, I tend to hit my driver off the heel a lot and definitely see weak fades.

The heel strike is a result of your early extension and casting of the club. Look at the vertical poles in the background. Do you see how much your hips have moved towards the golf ball in each frame, using those poles as a reference?

Usually early extension is an effect not a cause. Same for casting.

What does your grip look like? Start with grip, posture and pressure then look at what plane the club is moving on for the first few feet of take away.

I try to have a moderately strong grip with two knuckles visible on the left hand and the 'v' of the right hand pointed at my right shoulder. I'm sure the casting motion is somewhat engrained in my muscle memory from doing it so long, and I'm struggling to even know what the correct "feel" is.
