Different Models of Tourstage Irons

Need Help Identifying
Hi guys, I'm thinking of buying "used" Tourstage/Bridgestone (Cavity Back) irons but having trouble understanding the different models available. TS-201, TS-202, TS-211, MR-23, V300, V301, VIQ, VIQ forged, J33, X-blade CB, V5000, Z101, Synergy, etc... :idhitit: Basically, I'm hoping someone can tell me how old and what's the target golfer for each of the models released within the last four years. For example:

game improvement - model"A"(2001), model"B"(2004)
forgiving (mid-hdcp) - model"C"(2003), model"D"(2005)
player's cavity back - model"E"(2002), model"F"(2005)
...or some other categories - ......., ........

The year released is really not as important as the order it was released. I'm really sorry if this sounds like a lot to ask, but I haven't been interested in Tourstage irons until recently so I'm totally clueless when it comes to older models. Thanks guys. Really appreciates any suggestions.

You are referring too alot of different models. Bridgestone/Tourstage has so many different lines and versions, its rediculous. Maybe some more info on what kind of iron you are looking for is better. The most talked about Tourstage irons are 201, 202s, MR-23 (CB and Blades), and X-(Blade and CBs). ViQs are a different line, forged in China, and usually the Woods are Hi Cor. The ViQ seem to be a game improvement clubs. 201s and 202s were also aimed at the game improvement segment. 202s were preferred cause of lesser offset.

Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I've been playing for almost 1 year and still don't have a consistent ball impact. But I've been practicing a lot recently and really want to get a set that I can grow into. Basically I'm looking for something with some forgiveness but not too much offset. Initally, I was looking at the X-Blade CB, but I'm not too sure if I'll be able to hit those consistently enough. Are they much harder than the TS-202 or the ViQ forged?

Also, this may sound rediculous, but I'm still hoping that someone can help me put each model into different categories/order. Like I mentioned before, I've only been interested in Tourstage product recently and it'd be nice if someone can fill me in on what I've been missing. Not just for the purpose of buying my next set of clubs, but mainly for my better understanding of the clubs you guys are talking about on this and other forums. To tell you the truth, I'm thinking that I might be even more addicted to these forums than I am addicted to golf. :idhitit: Thank you guys.

Btw, there's a pretty good deal on TS-202 where I live. In what ways are these inferior to the newer models from Tourstage?
