Miura baby blades shaft options,help save my elbow

I'm trying to keep my miuras bb but since I have gone to them my left (play right handed) elbow hurts for a few days after the round. I have almost only played s400 shafts and have them installed on my bb but I jumped from d1 to d4 sw. Has anyone tried the steel fibers or similar shaft in these heads? Or any other thoughts would be great.

Recoil Protos...I put them in my CB501's and all my wrist/elbow pain is gone.

+100 for anything graphite. I'm right handed, but had some major right elbow trauma as a kid. Scars, surgery, had my elbow capsule torn open by blunt force trauma, missing a few pieces, etc.. After a couple decades of swinging steel it all started catching up to me. Was nuked after 10 balls on mats. Made the investment and moved to Steel Fibres and it's night & day. Pain. Is. Gone.

Find a graphite shaft that works for you & go all in. SteelFibres, Matrix Programs, Recoils. Put one or two in a couple demo heads and try it out.

Good enough for Sneds, Kuch & Freddie... Good enough for me!

I've also previous elbow issues and since change to Aerotech steelfiber in my baby blades.... feels great and very friendly to the joints !! Hightly recommended.

All great options above. Depending on the weight and flex you are after I would also look at the ATTAS Shafts (they have a new 10S, older 9S, and tour weight shafts at around 120g's although the later are only an X flex), Graphite Design Tour AD (95 or 115), or Roddios. I play the Roddio I-10 and have nothing but good things to say about it.

Same here. Pain in right elbow was so bad couldn't pick up a pen after a bucket of balls. Now I barely feel any pain after playing 36.

The MCI would probably be the best option for finding the ideal weight that you prefer.

I have arthritis and elbow issues - I have steel fibre 80s in PP2003 SNs hard stepped and 95s in my cb 501s. Recoils are very nice, but I like the smoother, softer shaft feel

I have recoil proto 125f5 in my baby blades. Came from steel fiber I95. I had ctapers and KBS tours,previously all in the same heads. The recoils are the best. Steel fibers are cheaper but lack feel. Recoils I like the heavier weight and feel is much better.

I have i110 steelfibers in my BBs and the swingweight comes out at d2 at std titleist specs. I also had left elbow issues but now there are gone thanks to the steelfibers. I used to play TIs400's also.

Thanks for all the info. I hit some i25s today with recoils 110, ordered 1 steel 95 to install. Everything I have read says the sf profile will feel more like the s400 so it might be the ticket.

Curious if anyone plays the player spec version

Aerotech i95 they are more stout than steel could probably handle i110 too
