scotty stainless NP2.5 real or fake

Hey guys, I am no aficionado when it comes to Scotty's. I put in a max bid here and ended up winning. Look legit to me but wanted to make sure before I send the money. It all happened so quickly and I couldn't post here first. Here's the link

Hmm. Looks authentic enough to me. Just looks like someone's gamer they did a decent at-home paint job on. The only thing that seems a bit odd looking is the top line pic. Looks to me like they tried to sand it down to remove chatter marks maybe.

I appreciate it. I have never putted with the insert and before I go splurge on a BB I want to see how it feels... I don't know if it will be an apples to apples comparison but at least I will know once I get it. Just wanted to make sure it was legit before sending money. I would rather deal with him and tell him it's a fake than to go through the claims process.
It seems I got a good deal compared to all the other ones online, including bst

Not fake but the topline and shoulders look like they have been sanded down...usually it has a non-glare bead blasted finish.

I've had the 1.5 veraion(should have kept it) and IMO the bb has a softer feel, but its heavenly.

Been debating a byron but maybe I'll search for a bb instead
