While I get pummeled with our 50" of snow in 2 weeks (with more to come), I bought one of the few things i actually needed, some new wedges! I purchased 3 Yururi Raw Gekku 2014 conforming wedge heads (52,56,60) from TourSpec. So excited to try these out, especially since theyve got great reviews from fellow WRX's. Now, what shaft to put in them? I like the black onyx tour dg shafts and black or white kbs wedge shafts. Thoughts?

congrats, youll love them. just becareful, if they have low bounce you'll get alot of digging. i know it took some time for me to get used to the low bounce on my 49* especially here in boston.

for shafts maybe try the new KBS 610s?

My Yururi Tataki wedges were delivered today...I haven't hit them yet, but I went with Nippon NS Pro WV125 shafts.

Jdm is awesome, just know where to buy the stuff and don't get the best if it's too high priced!

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I thought about the Nippon shaft. I like the heavy shaft. The DG tour issue black onyx shaft is so sexy its hard to resist. I need a great performing club but has to be good looking too!

my 2014 yururi raws have black onyx s400s. just be careful the yururi leading edge is really sharp and will scratch the black onyx shafts.

and yes, at first i had problem with the low bounce and digging especially since it's been wet here in the bay area. i was playing the s-yard bold which has a lot of bounce so almost opposite. i probably need more bounce, but i'm starting to get used to them more and more.
