Removing rust on MD3 Black Wedge

Hi All,

 

I have a Callaway MD3 56* Lucky Clover edition wedge. Unfortunately I left it on the course overnight and it rained so it has good bit of rust. I know these clubs are designed to rust, but how can I remove some of the rust without removing the black finish with it?

hit that b**** with a little scotch brite, should even it out a bit without removing too much

It's just surface rust. Wd40 and a tooth brush
