Very shallow/ stuck

Hi all. Been struggling with hitting over draws/hooks and not hitting far enough down/compressing my irons. I currently hit 0-1 degree down on a 5 iron and anywhere from 4-7 degrees up on my driver. Any feedback is appreciated. Video linked below, Thanks!

I would start by working on your takeaway, you get the club face open early and then it works behind you so from there you have to make funky moves in the downswing like dropping it under too much like yourself. some players do the opposite and come over the top. Try and keep the club face looking at the ball for longer in the takeaway for starters which for you will feel really shut/closed.

You completely stop turning right here:

From there you just drop your arms and have to squeeze your hands right by your legs (and you look too close to the ball).

I have many of the same issues.

You need to "stick your a** out". That'll flatten out your posture.

Then focus on keeping your back leg flexed instead of straightening it out and continuing to turn through the downswing, most everything should fall back into place
