swing help....

just got back from a golf clinic and got my swing analyzed....i have a few problems though

 

i want to get the most out of what the pros told me(coming) but i can only make it to the range once a week MAYBE and its winter but i still want to work on the things they told me

 

here it is:

 

im outside to in....im too handsy and i take it away to fast....so this is what they told me to work on....take it away more slower, use more shoulders and get less handsy......any ideas of how i can work on it without actually swinging a club(which i think is a need) and risking breaking something?

 

 

 

i also want to work on it really hard so come spring im brand spankin new

do that all with a broken off club... you only need to practice those moves to mayb hip high, and using a broken off club will be beneficial for all those aspects... its extreme lightweight makes it very difficult to takeaway slow, without using your hands, if you can master those 2 techniques with a club with no head weight, it will be simple with a real club

also, a couple of swing thoughts for those suggestions. to stop using your hands so much, feel that you push the club back away from the ball with onl your left hand, left arm... when doing this, the clubhead must stay outside your hands... to help take the club away slower, make sure to relax your grip pressure
