Nanea or Kukio

I’m lucky enough to have the opportunity to play one or the other. Which one?

That's a really tough choice and since I've never golfed at either it depends on what you think would be the best for you.

 

Nanea is an ultra exclusive club and doesn't like publicity and it's located on the mountainside of Mt. Hualalai.  It's a Scottish style links course from what I understand and plays close to 7500 yds. from the tips. I've heard that putting isn't easy on their greens but don't know for sure.  Since it's on a mountainside the weather could be much cooler than playing closer to the ocean.

 

Kukio is located a little south from Four Season's Hualalai Resort and is Hawaii's most exclusive community with several billionaires and millionaires home owners. You'll have views of the Kona and Kohala coast with ocean views and the weather is warmer then on the mountainside. If you don't keep your ball in the fairway you'll end up in the lava beds which you can't hit out of. The course plays to 7400 yds. from the tips from what I've seen.

Not easy to get on one let alone both.
