Ping i210

I have been wanting to hit  a set of ping iron for quite some time now. 

I currently game the Mizuno. Jpx923 forged with dynamic gold 105 s300.

Was expecting my Miz to be in shop for a few days, I picked up a set of i210, with project X io 5.5. Std loft blue dot. I immediately  replaced those full cord sandpaper grips for a set of Winn dritac 2.0 mid size. 

Played a round yesterday with the pings and I Reay liked them. 

They where defintely a soft maybe not butter soft, but soft solid and very easy to hit. Now I only played 13 holes and hit mostly wedges, but I did birdie first hole, par 4, driver 273 to left edge, Pw to 4', 1 puttfor bird. 

I was surprised at how  ice trajectory was in that first wedge in, I really only hit 3/4 max with my irons, so I hit an easy smooth Pw, it did not go very high, but it hit green and stopped, which I was very pleased with. Its much to early to make any serious evaluation or even consider switching irons,  but first impression is very good. 

So good I am probable going to keep the i210's for a while. Those felt so nice i am looking for a set of these shafts to try in my Jpx923 forged.

I’m on my third set of i210’s…every time I try and move away to something newer…I always end up with these irons in the bag.  Super easy to hit, but with plenty of control.  Has got to be one if the best irons ever made by Ping.
