Hickory Identification

I just picked up a beautiful set of left handed hickory clubs in a large lot I recently picked up.  They appear to be from the period, but I cannot find any information on the stampings anywhere.  The stampings say "Custom Built" and "Weighted Toe" and also have the initials P. G. T in cursive.  I am not sure if that is the initials of the owner or not.  They also have small ports on the outside edge that are weighted similar to OGG-MENTED clubs.  They feel and look like good quality and have good swing weights ranging form C6-D4.  They also appear to be stainless steel.  Not sure if they are modern reproductions, but I really do not think so based on the grips.

They look original to me and are definitely following the Ogg-Mented principle.

 

As to who made them, however, I can't help you.

They look to be mid to late 1920’s but don’t know the manufacturer. They might be decent to play with.
