Slotline HMI II, Inertial High Moment II Putter refinish

I'm looking for info on having a Slotline putter re-finished. I bought this putter new in the late 80's, and would like to see it look a little closer to NEW. I do not need/want to spend mega-bucks on this, but I would consider up to $100. I talked to a place that specializes in Scotty Camerons, and they won't touch it, due to the plastic-like insert covers. This putter is #3 in my rotation of my putters, so I really do not want to go crazy from a cost standpoint. I don't want any machining done, just a repaint or touch-up. I can't upload my photos, but it is this exact model. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
